FIBER TYPE

FDY/HTY 30D-1800D, DTY 30D-600D, NYLON 6 YARN & POLYESTER YARN, VISCOSE YARN, LOW MELTING YARN.

*Low/high Twisted yarn (60TPM-800TPM) can be produced for warp/weft knitting/weaving.

*Finished Twisted products Could be length-fixed & weight-fixed by smart metered device. And free knot, even twisting & tension, smooth unwinding under constant tension, large length (180,000M ) and large package (4kgs/cone)

*Each step of our production process as from raw material input can be controlled strictly.

Test report of finished products can be available in our in-house lab.

*Fixation operations are wholly controlled by computer and record is filed in computer. And inner-out of bobbins are heated evenly.

*Bobbins are labeled and the physical properties of them are specified.

*it is possible to customize some new production with special specification according to the customer's requirement.

APPLICATION

Knitting & weaving for apparel fabric, the inner decorative fabric of auto, the basis fabric of rubber products, fabric of parameters, para-cords, industry cloth etc.

Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A:Usually , we accept T/T,irrevocable LlC at sight.For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit beforeproducing and the balance paid beforelagainst delivery.(we accept third party inspection beforedelivery)

Q2:What is your delivery time?
A:The time of delivery is 7-15 days after order and deposit confirmed.

Q3:What is the shipping port ?
A:We ship the products from FUZHOU or SHANGHAl port.

Q4: How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need to pay express freight.For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customersneed to pay express freight also.

Q5: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A:For regular customers, who has DHL, FEDEX,TNT,UPS account can give us your account andwe will send the samples by freight collected.For those customers, who do not have an expressaccount, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight chargedirectly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

Q6: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange tomake the samples for you. The prepare time for sample will be 3-7 working days .
